All our products are custom-made specifically for you. The "Fulfillment" time is the period required to create your custom product before it is handed over to a carrier for delivery.
  • Average Fulfillment Time: 2–5 business days for most products.
  • Performance: Approximately 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days, with over 50% shipping in 3 business days or less.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Once fulfilled, your order is shipped using your selected method. Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is the sum of fulfillment and shipping times.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on several factors to ensure accurate pricing:
  • Destination: Rates vary by region (e.g., USA, Europe, Canada, etc.).
  • Product Type: Items are grouped by category; for example, shipping a t-shirt has a different base cost than shipping a mug.
  • Order Size: We use a "Single product" plus "Additional product" pricing model. The first item in a category has a base rate, and each subsequent item in that same category is added at a significantly lower "Additional product" fee.
4. Holiday Surcharges (2025–2026)
To account for peak season demand, a temporary surcharge applies to select orders late in the year.
5. Customs, Duties, and International Shipping
For international orders, the end recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.
  • Tariff Update (2025): Due to the removal of the de minimis threshold in August 2025, most imports to the US from non-US facilities now face customs duties.
  • Local Fulfillment: To minimize these fees, we aim to fulfill orders in a facility closest to your delivery region.

6. Tracking and Service Disruptions
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. While we strive to meet all estimates, delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather, or temporary stock issues.
